President Elect Bola ahmed Tinubu’s return to Nigeria has been confirmed his Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga
Bayo Onanuga disclosed that the President-elect has been on vacation in France.
He made this known via his verified Twitter account (@aonanuga1956)
He wrote:
“Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu returns to Abuja today after weeks of a well deserved vacation in France. E kaabo! Se dada le de!”
Tinubu’s absence since the elections has got people talking.
There has been a controversy that on March 22, Tinubu secretly travelled abroad for medical treatment.
The reports alleged that Tinubu took ill after months of uninterrupted political campaigns across the nation.
But, Tinubu’s media team dismissed the stories , stressing that he travelled to Paris for rest after a hectic campaign season.
