Integrated Factory Foods Company Limited is an indigenous food processing company. The Company owns and manages substantial assets in the rice subsector; its major operations include rice paddy farming/sourcing, processing, packaging and distribution of edible rice across Nigeria.
The company continues to expand its operations and improve production and distribution processes to meet the increasing demand for its rice brand – NaijaSweetRice®.
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to join the team and contribute to bringing content to life through contents that aid marketing efforts in attracting, converting, and engaging its target audience. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
Hands-on experience in content management.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
