Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Odumeje, based in Onitsha, Anambra State, has denied rumors of his imminent death.

Amaka Okoye, one of his aides, stated that the prophet did not make any such statements when contacted on his mobile phone.

She dismissed the news as false and explained that some people might want to defame the prophet by creating false statements and attributing them to him.

Okoye also clarified that the prophet did not ask his son, David, to take care of his house and other matters before his death.

Some online platforms had reported that Prophet Odumeje announced during a church service that he would soon pass away and instructed his son, David, to take care of his family and other affairs on earth.
