Amidst the backdrop of prevailing economic challenges in Nigeria, comedian Seyi Law has reiterated his unwavering support for President Tinubu, expressing his stance in a recent social media post.

In a direct statement on his X account, Seyi Law didn’t mince words, labeling state governors as “shameless” for what he perceives as their inaction in alleviating the extreme hardship faced by Nigerians.

He emphasized the necessity for effective governance at the state level, asserting his right to demand accountability from local authorities.

“I would rather stay with Moses through the wilderness to Canaan than eat meats and drink wine in slavery in Egypt at the expense of my children’s future,” Seyi Law declared, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing long-term national prosperity over short-term comforts.

Expressing disappointment in the communication gap between government agencies and the public, Seyi Law highlighted the need for transparency and effective dissemination of government agendas and actions. He criticized the lack of tangible progress in sectors such as transportation despite increased state allocations.

“While some clamor for immediate gratification, I advocate for resetting, rebuilding, and sustaining our future,” Seyi Law remarked, underscoring his commitment to advocating for people-centric policies in vital sectors such as agriculture, power, and health.

Despite facing criticism from some quarters, Seyi Law remained resolute in his support for President Tinubu, asserting, “If another election was held tomorrow, I would still vote ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU.”
